André Vartan-Boghossian is an architect and public policy researcher based in Melbourne, Australia. His work sits at the intersection of the built environment, public policy, and diaspora governance, with a focus on institutional governance, development, and collective well-being.
In parallel with his professional practice, André is the founder of the Australian charity Kaitzak with his wife, Mariam Vahradyan. Kaitzak is a global diaspora platform dedicated to cultural preservation, education, and community well-being. Through Kaitzak, he leads research-informed initiatives, public programs, and cross-cultural collaborations across Australia and the globe.
Scholarship & Policy
André is currently completing a Master of Public Policy and Management at the University of Melbourne, where his academic work focuses on political economy, governance, and networked power across public, private, and civic sectors.
